STANDARD SHIPPING
Shipping is a flat rate $7 for Standard shipping orders under $100 which typically ship within 1-3 business days, although we strive to always ship same day whenever we can.
Weekends and holidays are not business days.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.

Local Angels within 15 miles from our hub in North Raleigh, NC receive FREE DELIVERY when selected at checkout.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Orders with Express Shipping are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via express delivery typically arrive in two (2) to four (4) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. Express shipping requires a physical address. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Express shipping cost is $23.
LOST PACKAGESOnce the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.However, if shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
